This is my prayer as I walk New Zealand - That the Lord will be present in a tangible way ... Even in sport ... even in the church !!! And that people will live in peace, harmony and serve God in love and harmony. That religious barriers will get blurred and that the church will become the true bride of Christ. and that the splendor of the Lord will fill each of His temples (servants).
2 Chronicles 5
15 ... The trumpeters and musicians played together, praising and giving thanks to the Lord. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals, and other instruments, they loudly praised the Lord, singing:
16 “Certainly he is good; certainly his loyal love endures!”
Then a cloud filled the Lord’s temple.
17 The priests could not carry out their duties
18 because of the cloud; the Lord’s splendor filled God’s temple.
Lord I pray that You would show Your splendor to this country and that we will hunger for more of You in our lives ... and that we will truly put You in the center of our lives ... and respond to You in worship and thanksgiving ...
2 Chronicles 7
3 When all the Israelites saw the fire come down and the Lord’s splendor over the temple, they got on their knees with their faces downward toward the pavement. They worshiped and gave thanks to the Lord, saying, “Certainly he is good; certainly his loyal love endures!”
Amen
True stories from prayer-walks and pilgrimages where the dust of the road meets the grace of God. From the forgotten paths of the Karoo to the ruins of Ghana, these are testimonies of divine whispers, unexpected provision, and gentle encounters that remind us every step is a prayer and every journey is led by Him. Step by step, footprint by footprint.
